Refunds
We only offer refunds in the following circumstances:
1. Product Defects: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide you with a refund or replacement at our discretion.
2. Shipping Errors: If we mistakenly send you the wrong item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons other than product defects or shipping errors. This includes but is not limited to:
- Change of Mind
- Incorrect Sizing
- Dissatisfaction with Product Appearance
Return Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement due to a product defect or shipping error, please follow these steps:
Contact us at cs@enshop.asia within 7 days of receiving your order to report the issue.
Provide detailed information about the problem, including order number, product name, and description of the issue, along with supporting photographs if possible.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide further instructions on how to proceed.
Refund & Return Processing
Refunds from returns will only begin processing once we have received the physical return parcel and a quality check is completed to either approve or reject the return requested. Once the processing is completed, the equivalent amount will be credited to your account.
Return Shipping
Returns by courier services.
- All items will be inspected on return.
- All returned items shall be sent in their original condition and packaging.
- We try hard to accept all exchanges and returns requests but in the unfortunate event that the item returned is in an unsuitable condition, we may dispose of it accordingly.
- We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return requests.
